OUR FOUNDING STORY

WHO WE ARE

Jenny Teng, Co-Founder and Director Aesthetician of Porcelain started her small and humble business (previously known as J Phline) providing facial services to customers out of a rented bomb shelter at the foot of a Housing Board block in Jurong back in the 1990s.

Her deep-cleansing treatments and extraction skills soon earned her a strong following. Clients were amazed how Jenny’s methods made their once problematic skin, beautiful.

Pauline’s journey at Porcelain began in 2009 as a pet project to help her mother, Jenny, out but was later convinced to stay on full-time when she saw how much confidence and happiness the brand and its services brought to the customers.

WHAT WE DO

After solidifying its prominence as a provider of premium facials, Porcelain then decided to branch out into creating their own skincare after discovering how rare it was to find reliable, safe and effective skincare in the market.

Now, Porcelain holds 18 products under its name and quite a number, such as the Balance Sebum Control Essence and the HydraClear Gel, hold a star status within the hearts of many.

Taking care of one’s skin and ensuring the best for it, after all, lies not only in quality treatments but also with a stellar skincare regimen. By providing both, Porcelain is taking a step towards helping more and more people achieve their dream skin every day.

OUR ETHOS

Since establishment, it has been our promise to uphold the highest level of integrity in our operations. We strive to build long-term relationships with our customers as their trusted skincare provider. As you embark on your Porcelain journey, you are assured that your skin is in good hands of our therapists, who will be there for you in every step of the way.

OUR BRANDS

As our flagship store, Porcelain Face Spa embodies the fundamentals that define our brand. It focuses on corrective treatments, which stemmed from our belief that good skin should be clear and radiant from within.

Located in a cosy shop house along the Cantonment Road, Porcelain Face Spa has a quaint and homely atmosphere that allows you to indulge in a sensual experience. Bespoke treatments such as Quintessential Facial and IPL Black Magic are available at Porcelain Face Spa.

Started in 2014,Porcelain Aesthetics was designed to feature equipment treatments to provide maintenance and preventive care for our customers. Constantly driven by innovation, we aim to bring you the latest skincare technology, without compromising on our quality and service.

The Orchard Gateway outlet based its store concept on modernism and minimalism. The clean retail space, dimly lit treatment rooms and soothing music calms the mind and sets the mood for your treatment.

Porcelain Signatures integrates both aspects of corrective and preventive care, to offer holistic skincare solutions. It consists of our full range treatments, namely the all-time-favourite Quintessential, Proionic, Illuminate, Cryotherapy, OxyRevive and Sun Rescue Facial.

Situated at the heart of Singapore, Porcelain Signatures is easily accessible and convenient. It is our largest outlet, featuring a visually captivating interior, 7 treatment rooms, a retail bar and a skin analysis counter.
