At Porcelain, we have a highly skilled and professional team of therapists. They are required to undergo a minimum of 3 months of vigorous trainings and testing, before they are introduced to our customers. Extraction facials are only performed by therapists who have honed their skills over a compulsory 6 months training period. We set the bar high to ensure that each and every treatment is conducted safely with excellence.

We adopt a three-pronged approach to our services – people development, technology and products.

1. People Development
We believe in nurturing the most passionate people as attitude is of higher salience than aptitude in our organization. All therapists are taken under the wing of our Director Aesthetician, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Through their Porcelain journey, it is essential for our therapists to continue to build on their passion and constantly find ways to push themselves to greater heights.

2. Technology
No matter how skilled our therapists can be, there is a limit to what hands can achieve. Thus, Porcelain places a strong emphasis on technology. Before introducing new equipment to our operations, a lot of thought and consideration is invested in studying it. All equipment have to pass multiple rounds of stringent testing before it is approved and safe to be administered to customers.

3. Products
All products at Porcelain, be it for treatment use or for sale, are formulated in-house to ensure no shortchange of quality. Years of research and development go into crafting every single product, as a good skincare regimen starts with our customers themselves. All staff use Porcelain products, due to our strong belief in our own creation.

It is a culmination of all of the above that ensures our craftsmanship is always top notch.



All our services are based on appointments only, hence, we recommend you to book your appointments in advance to secure your preferred therapist and time slot.


We also understand that there may be changes to your schedule, kindly give 12 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at (65) 62279692 or drop us a text at (65) 97211008 at least 24 hours in advance. For any last-minute cancellation or no-show, there will be a charge of the full session of your appointment.

Gift Certificates and Discount Vouchers

Gift certificates for treatments and packages are available. Certificates and vouchers must be presented upon payment and are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.


Prices are subject to change without prior notices and are subject to prevailing GST, unless otherwise stated. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, China Union Pay, American Express, Nets and Cash payment.

Automated Email Appointment Reminder

Once your appointment is being booked, you will receive an automated email confirmation and another appointment reminder via email and text message a day before your appointment. You can confirm your appointment by replying to the email or text message.
